About the Gala
WFM NJ/NY Annual Gala 2026 will be an elegant evening bringing together philanthropists, community leaders, and changemakers at the scenic Princeton Farms & Preserves. Funds raised here will support setting up world-class kitchen operations and delivering meals to more underserved communities. Your valued partnership will make this possible.
Who We Are
World Food Movement (WFM) is a US based 501(c)(3) nonprofit devoted to serving food insecure individuals including community college students and communities across the country. We provide freshly cooked, hygienic and wholesome meals that nourish well being, uphold dignity, and open pathways to opportunity. We are inspired by The Akshaya Patra Foundation, the world's largest NGO-run school lunch program, which has served an astounding 5 billion meals since inception. WFM is working with the same spirit of service right here in America.
Our Vision
No student should choose between a meal and an education. No neighbor should go to bed hungry. WFM envisions a future where every community member has regular access to nutritious food.
